‘Be The Difference’ was a multi-channeled nationwide recruitment campaign highlighting the pivotal role new recruits can play in the Police.
To help address the ethnicity, gender and sexuality imbalance within the Force, the campaign was supported by Behind the Badge, a series of social films showing life in the Police through the eyes of these underrepresented groups whose careers are flourishing.
